VIZTECH is an essential element of daily business in our retail furniture store. Whether it is checking a builders current lead time, accessing pricing or researching product options for a customer, I go frequently to our VIZTECH portal for the answers. One experience I have had can highlight the value VIZTECH brings to our business. I had furnished nearly the entire house of one my good customers, but when it came time to choose their home office furniture they were unable to find exactly what they wanted in our website. They did their own research on the web and found their ideal model in another site. Though I knew their selection was from an Amish builder I had no idea who that builder was. After scratching my head a bit, it occurred to me to see if I could find the photos of the model they wanted in VIZTECH's product photos. So I scrolled through VIZTECH office furniture products and there was the desk photo they had found online. VIZTECH showed the builders name, I made contact with the builder, and as a result closed a $25,000 sale I might otherwise have missed. By finding the builder and accessing their complete product list I was also able to suggest to my customer an item in their chosen office set that they had not found online themselves and met their need much better than what they had thought possible.
