Why can't I click on a builder's page?
You must be logged into your account to access any files or see information for a builder. If you do not have an account then you will need to register for one.
How long does it take for my account to be approved after registering?
Our office is open 8AM - 5PM (Est.) Monday through Friday. An account typically take 1 to 3 hours to approve during normal business hours.
Why do I need a password for some Excel files?
Some Excel files have password protection at the request of the furniture builder. Please contact the builder for the password.
How can I get a builder I use often onto this site?
We are continually adding new builders onto this site for the convenience of other retailers. If there is a particular builder you would like to see on the site, please have them contact us about adding their information here.
