In 2018, Aaron Miller and Andy Troyer bought Y&M Chair from Jacob Yoder who had started the business in 1991. With the goal of building on the company and continuing the legacy of some of the original products, the new owners began to brainstorm. This resulted in a catalog full of uniquely creative chairs, as well as some pieces that were reminiscent of pre-existing styles.
